I am born in India. I spent my youth in the city of Mumbai and started travelling and working internationally at a young age. In 2009 I visited Centre Lothlorien for the first time. Seeing how many people are consciously looking for inner growth I felt my cultural background could be a great asset. In 2011 I finished my education at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai and started teaching Indian Classic Yoga in the Netherlands and France. My aim is to teach people that yoga is not just about stretching, but about changing your physical and mental attitude. We are not limited by our own convictions but we can set ourselves free so we can face life with strength and positivity.
In Kerala, South India I have learned to give Ayurvedic massages and now we offer a combination of a detoxicating massage and steam in an Ayurvedic steam cabin.
When you come to Lothlorien you can participate to my Asana classes, retreats, summer courses and Yoga Teacher Training Courses. I am also available for private consultations where we can find the right Asana’s for you or look at the Yoga approach for dealing with your life struggles. I look forward to meeting you soon!
