The goal of Yoga is to reach your ultimate potential.
On a physical, energetic and mental level we have certain blockages that hinder us in this.
Ultimately, all Yoga exercises are aimed at removing these blockages.
These exercises include Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Meditation. Lifestyle, diet and thought processes also affect this. Before you start working on yourself on an energetic level, for example by activating your Chakras, it is important that you are balanced on a physical and mental level, otherwise the activities will have no effect, or possibly even a harmful effect.
At Centre Lothlorien we have been organizing a training in “Yoga as a Way of Life” since 2019. In it, you will learn to integrate the basics of Yoga into your life and thus go through life healthier and happier. Now, in this Chakra Meditation retreat we take it a step further. Using Pranayama and Mudra, among other things, you will allow the life energy in yourself to flow and you can activate your Chakras. With this you can for example control your body temperature, your physical strength, your immunity, your resistance to external influences and activate your self-healing capacity.
