Various nature houses are located on the green and beautiful grounds of “Centre Lothlorien”. Relax in one of the romantic houses in the middle of nature.
Tree Beard House
Tree Beard house is hidden behind a large spruce. You sit wonderfully free on your veranda and yet you have a beautiful view, even to the lake. The house has a terrace on the side. Inside there is a double bed. You will also find a table with two chairs and a seat there. There is a refrigerator and oven. You can cook in the outdoor kitchen on the veranda. The cottage has electricity. Toilet, shower and washing facilities can be found right next to the house. In the school holiday weeks we only rent out per week. The changeover day is Saturday or Sunday. If you do not feel like cooking yourself, you are more than welcome to eat at the Chateau. Please indicate in advance. We assume that you leave the house clean and tidy on departure. Pets are not allowed in the cottage.

The Log Cabin
There are 3 wooden log cabins on the upper path. Each house consists of 1 room with a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00m), a single bed (70cm x 2.00m) and a table and two chairs. The cabins have electricity and a simply furnished outdoor kitchen on the veranda. There is also an outside table with chairs. Do not forget to bring your own bed linen (including bottom sheet and pillowcases) and kitchen linen. A linen package including duvets can also be rented (€ 35 per week, please indicate when booking). If you do not feel like cooking yourself, then you are more than welcome to eat in the Chateau. In the school holidays we only rent per week (changeover day Saturday or Sunday).

Three-room wooden cottage “Fangorn”
The three-room cottage “Fangorn” is located on the edge of the forest, where you look out over the vegetable garden and our sloping grounds. You can walk straight into the forest from the house. The house has a large veranda and three rooms. In the left room you will find a single bed, a table and a chair. The middle room is furnished as a kitchen with a two-burner gas stove, kitchen equipment and a table and chairs. The right-hand room has a double bed, two chairs and a table, there is also a cupboard for your belongings. The beds are made upon arrival. There is electricity in the house but no running water. Just like the tenants of the “Boombaard” cottage and the “Mallorn” cottage, you use the sanitary facilities behind the holiday home, about 50 m away. In addition to a shower and toilet, you will also find a 4-burner gas appliance and washing-up facilities. In the school holiday weeks we only rent out per week. The changeover day is Saturday or Sunday. If you do not feel like cooking yourself, you are more than welcome to eat at the Chateau. Please indicate in advance.

The Maisonette “Mallorn”
At the edge of the forest with a view of the meadow and the lake, the romantic maisonette “Mallorn” is free and quiet. “Mallorn” is in the “Lord of the Rings” the name of the golden tree of the elves on Lothlorien.
The maisonette consists of 1 room of 5x 5m and a veranda with, among other things, an equipped outdoor kitchen with a 2-burner gas appliance. There are outdoor chairs and a table. In the maisonette you will find a sofa bed (140x 200), a separate bed (90x 200), a table with 3 chairs and a wood stove. The beds are made when you come. There is electricity but no running water, you use the sanitary facilities behind the house. In the school holidays we only rent per week (changeover day Saturday or Sunday). If you don’t feel like cooking yourself, you are more than welcome to join us for dinner in the Chateau.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner
As a camping guest or Chateaugast you can enjoy a delicious vegetarian 3-course menu every evening on the terrace or in our lounge. You can also have breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon or if you go out, prepare a lunch on the go in the morning. We offer camping guests a 3 meals per day package for € 45 per day.
We think healthy and tasty food is important and we use organic products, often from our own vegetable garden, to prepare our dishes.
You can request to have a meal low gluten or vegan, please mention when booking. We charge a dietary supplement of €3 per request.
Two books have been written about nutrition on Lothlorien, both published by Frontier Amsterdam. “Eat Tasty, Live Healthy” is a compact basic book with everything everyone should know about nutrition. In the recipe book “Eat tasty, Live healthy” you will find easy, tasty, healthy recipes. Both books are available in our shop and can be ordered.
