Guests who are members of the Friends of Lothlorien Association receive a 10% discount on their accommodation costs from the second visit to Lothlorien. membership costs € 25 per person per year. For families, the amount is € 75.
Lothlorien is a wonderful place to retreat for some time for study, writing a book or, for example, a retreat. In addition, you can work as a volunteer and we offer opportunities for artists in residence: working in Lothlorien for a few weeks or months in peace, with the use of a studio if desired. camping and can keep their own activities.

Cancellation policy Center Lothlorien
For reservation of a room, place on the campsite or other type of stay and for registration for activities and courses, we require a deposit of 50% of the total costs in advance. Receipt of the down payment = final reservation. As long as the down payment has not been received, the reservation is not yet final. In case of cancellation, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded up to 2 months in advance. Half of the deposit will be refunded between 2 months to 1 month in advance.
After that, there is no right to a refund.
In the event that we cancel due to cancellation of an activity or workshop, the full amount of the deposit will always be refunded.
If your course or stay cannot take place due to government measures (eg negative travel advice), your reservation will be canceled free of charge. If you had already paid, the full amount will be refunded, or you can leave it for better times in the form of a credit. For all other forms of cancellation, the cancellation conditions as mentioned above apply.
You are responsible for any travel and / or cancellation insurance.
Drug use is prohibited on our premises, a joint is also seen as drugs by the French government.
