Practice using ingredients that are good for your health, such as oil and Indian herbs and spices.

About the organisers
The week will be taught by Sanne Lute and Richard Slager.
Sanne is a part of the team at Lothlorien since 2022. All summer, as well as in spring and autums, she cooks for all the guests at the center. After working in several kitchens, including a long time in mental health care, she followed her heart to be in nature and be more involved with food. Sanne learned about Yoga in India and has been studying Vedic cooking for a long time. Her passion is therefore healthy and vegetarian cooking.
Richard is co-responsible for running the Yoga retreats and Yoga teacher training courses at Centre Lothlorien, The Yoga Institute France.
SInds 2002, Richard spends a lot of time at Centre Lothlorien and knows all the special places in the area.
In Kerala, India, Richard studied the basics of Ayurveda and Herbology. Richard completed Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai. Now Richard teaches the Yoga Teacher Training Course at Centre Lothlorien, organises courses on the philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda and conducts practical workshops on balanced eating, practical use of local herbs and preparation of oils and other herbal preperations.
